Bella is a public sector project manager with a depth of senior advisory experience spanning policy, performance and stakeholder functions for federal, state and local governments. She has delivered high level analysis and project services for a variety of agencies, including for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and NSW Premier and Cabinet, as well as at leading think tanks specialising in high-impact policy design.
Her ability to engage and influence stakeholders has delivered high profile outcomes for government clients in support of key initiatives. Bella is a skilled leader of multi-disciplinary teams and is able to simplify and effectively communicate complex technical and policy concepts. She has extensive experience in the preparation of reports, strategy and technical papers, with expertise in teaming, collaboration and innovation cultures, change management, operations analysis and governance design.
Bella recently returned from Harvard, where she completed her MPA, assisted to teach urban innovation and management, and advised the local public transit authority. Bella brings a global perspective and advanced frameworks in strategy and stakeholder management for sound urban development.
