Introduction: Clarice is a highly motivated professional Project Manager with over 13 years’experience in delivering multi-functional Rail and Oil & Gas projects.

Clarice has diverse project management experience, across all areas of the project lifecycle. She has experience in Rail extension, train station access improvement- & Levelcrossing removal projects and understands the importance of safety measures and integration during design and construction.

Clarice has gained experience from Oil & Gas projects managing the return of major offshore equipment from the offshore campaign and preparing for future use. 

In addition to project management roles, she has also experience as a maintenance planner within Rail where her involvement and planning activities with stakeholders and contractors contributed to optimisation of multiple simultaneous works during nightshift closures, to keep tight time frames and at the same time achieve the required outcome. With the combination of highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills, Clarice can effectively communicate and connect on all levels as well as manage a variety of projects, ensuring satisfactory objectives are met from key stakeholders.
